Hello, we are looking for a serious Native speaker with Croatian and/or Slovenian for a trading company, that sells consumer goods all over Europe.
We are looking for a person, who can call customers (call agent) on a schedule to:
- To check and confirm orders
- Make upsells
- To verify addresses
Calls are made every day Monday – Friday.
Calls are average of 70 per day. Our Company is more than 7 years old and we are establishes and looking for long term or short term person.
We pay per call and a starting commission for an upsell (to sell another product to the customer). Payment and schedule are negotiated.
We provide the online phone to call.
Requirements:
Native Croatian and/or Slovenian
- Experience in call center, clients, customer support, sells
