The Specialized Supervisor oversees operational and repair processes as well as the employees and customer experience within a specific area of responsibility. This leader applies their experience, knowledge, and expertise to act as the subject matter expert for employees, clients, and cross-functional partners. They identify opportunities to drive team performance while fostering a culture that drives quality relationships with omnichannel consumers. This role executes plans as directed by the Services Location Performance Leader while contributing to an environment that makes employees feel empowered, valued, safe, and included.

Key Responsibilities

Drives a positive customer experience by building relationships, networking, and providing solutions to everyday needs.

Ensures all areas of responsibility are addressed effectively while driving customer satisfaction metrics and providing world-class customer experiences.

Maintains positive rapport with clients to appropriately handle dissatisfaction.

Oversees employee coaching, growth, and development for a technical workforce.

Ensures a safe environment for employees and customers by driving adherence to safety protocols.

Deploys resources to ensure employees have the support and training they need to deliver world-class experiences.

Validates that appropriate licensing requirements and skillsets are obtained.

Basic Qualifications

2 years of inventory management experience

1 year of leadership experience including coaching, training, and performance management

1 year of customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications

Budget and/or P&L management experience
