FOLLOW US:Twitter - @everi_inc / @EveriTalent Instagram - everi_inc / EveriTalentYouTube - Everi Holdings Inc LinkedIn - ****Facebook - ****Everi?Leader in Gaming Technology Innovation (GTI)Opportunities for growth and advancement in a broad, diverse company settingEmployee-led social events and gaming groupsCompetitive compensation, benefits & PTO** This position is based in our Fabulous Las Vegas HQ office**Job Responsibilities:Answers and processes inbound casino and patron calls relative to card transaction authorization or funds retrievals check cashing and card transaction inquiries, and patron transaction dispute resolution.Assists patrons with the completion of transactions, instructing them how to retrieve funds upon successful processing; provides explanation for any transaction denials.Interacts with casino Central Credit subscribers; assisting them in obtaining sufficient, accurate information to base credit / check cashing decisions; providing credit and check cashing reports, consumer credit bureau reports, agency bank reports, and business credit reports.Responsible for the collection and processing of patron data for use by the Company, casinos, and financial institutions.Maintains the security and confidentiality of all patron and transaction data, protecting the consumer and Everi from liability through strict adherence to all applicable laws and standard operating procedures.Assists casino employees with suspicious / fraudulent transaction inquiries.Efficiently processes time-sensitive paperwork.Responsible for posting returned checks to casino patron credit histories and / or Company records.Interacts with banks, gaming commissions, and law enforcement as needed.Resolves complex requests and issues (NXCLs, live calls, etc.) from casinos and patrons.Processes Real-Time exceptions.Assists with other Everi related tasks within and outside the department; including settlement, compliance, marketing (in / out calls), data preparation, data entry, and assistance with new products or services.Performs other related duties as assigned.Education/Qualifications:High School Diploma required.Some college preferred.0 -2 years of Customer Service experience, preferably in a Call Center or retail environment required.Bilingual a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Outlook, and Excel.Must demonstrate proficient communication skills.Ability to type at least 35 WPM.Apply Now/Connect Later: Job opportunity brought to you by **** Everi is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
