A healthy work life balance is essential:
Monday - Friday, various shifts between 5:00am - 9:00pm
1-2 Weekends/Month Saturdays, 7:00am-3:00pm
Sundays, 8:00am-3:00pm
You qualify for this exciting opportunity with:
Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science or related field
Current First Aid/CPR/AED certifications from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association, in-person skills component required
ACSM, ACE, NSCA, NASM or AFAA certification
Minimum 2 years experience working in a professional fitness/wellness facility

$43,000 - $45,000 per year
Potential to earn an additional $7,500 annually through Personal Training

A day in the life of a Corporate Fitness Works Team Leader:
Provides superior customer service to members/clients and assists the team in overseeing general facility operations and services
Develops safe and effective exercise programs; provides general supervision
Leads new and innovative group exercise classes
Administers fitness assessments; provides results counseling
Assists members with reaching their personal fitness goals
Participates in and gains exposure to a wide variety of fitness center operations, such as safety standards, equipment cleaning and maintenance and facility orientations
Participates in membership enrollment procedures
Assists with developing and implementing creative incentive and health promotion programs
Assists in developing annual program plans to ensure ongoing member engagement
Interacts with client and members; establishes mutually beneficial relationships
Contribute to ongoing client communication including; reports and meetings
Assist in hiring, training, and development of onsite staff
Support ongoing budget management efforts
