POSITION PROFILE

Perform all functions of customer service as outlined below.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain Design Development inbox

Review, edit and correct quote requests from reps to ensure information is complete for estimator

Receive Quick Quotes from CS and review to ensure compatibility with DW capabilities and strengths

Initiate design development of projects not ready to quote

Initiate purchasing and design/visualization functions when necessary

Obtain custom buyouts prior to release of quote into active status

Obtain shipping and installation quotes

Manage all sample requests
