What You Will Do

As a Senior Customer Service Representative with Ascension, you will have the opportunity to perform a variety of customer service functions.

Responsibilities:

Handles customer service inquiries and problems. Provides orientation and education for various types of equipment to customers. May also include instructions on patient owned repairs.

Uses systems for tracking, information gathering, or troubleshooting.

Responds to inquiries and may refer customers to secondary sources.

Maintains records as appropriate.

What You Will Need

Education:

High school diploma or GED required.
