Orriant Customer Service Agent/Support Coach
The Orriant Customer Service Agent/Support Coach is responsible to provide proper education to participants to maintain eligibility for the wellness program. Other responsibilities include assisting participants with website navigation and other program requirements. This position also acts as a Support Coach who is available to participants when their coach is unavailable.
Provide quality service to Orriant participants by offering unique, proactive, and timely solutions in a positive manner.
Assist participants in navigation of company website.
Provide program requirements and accurate education to participants to succeed in the engagement of their own health and wellness.
Receive and respond to email requests in a timely manner.
Follow HIPAA guidelines and maintain high ethical standards at all times.
Provide credible and quality health education.
Four year degree in health science field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Confident in interactions over the phone.
Passion for health and wellness.
Knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel.
