\u003cp\u003eThe Customer Experience Representative (Information Center) is responsible for assisting customers on the use and services available at the airport and providing information on accommodations, hotels, restaurants, and historical points of interest. Other responsibilities include operating the lost and found service and other customer service programs.\u003c/p\u003e

\u003cli\u003eIdentifies environmental hazards and addresses in accordance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eProvides announcements or pages over the public address system as requested.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eProvides literature and assists the public regarding tourist accommodations, hotels, restaurants, and historical points of interest.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eProvides customer service to non-English speaking travelers using the language Line Service and passengers in the terminal.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eMaintains updated brochure list, and orders brochures, as needed.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eMaintains traveling public comment log and prepares monthly report.\u003c/li\u003e
