Customer Care Representative Jobs description
A customer care representative position may be available with a call center, customer service department, shopping mall, theater or any company in the hospitality or service sector. A customer care representative is primarily responsible for assisting customers on service related matters and solving their problems. Specific duties of a customer care representative position include greeting customers, understanding their problem, interpreting the reason or cause behind the problem, informing the concerned department or person, processing customer\'s requests, ensuring that the customer\'s problem is solved or request is fulfilled and performing other tasks assigned by a customer care manager.A customer care representative should have an associate\'s degree or a bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field. Excellent academic credentials might be helpful. Excellent customer service skills are a key trait for a customer care representative position. Familiarity with MS Word and Excel may be required.
