Customer Service Director Jobs

A customer service director typically reports to the vice president.
A customer service director should have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. An MBA or other post-graduate degree might be required for some positions. Excellent academic credentials are required. Several years of progressively responsible experience in customer service is essential for any customer service director role. Strong ability to lead and motivate others is required.
