Customer Service Administrator Jobs
A customer service administrator is responsible for managing all the customer service related problems of the entire team. The specific duties of a customer service administrator position include supervising customer service associates, evaluating the performance of team members, processing customer service problems escalated by team members, processing customer service issues of premium customers, guiding team members on improving customer service quality, providing resources to customer service associates, acting as interface between team members and the management, setting customer service milestones for team members and performing other tasks assigned by the customer service manager. A customer service administrator typically reports to a customer service manager.
A customer service administrator should have an associate's degree or a bachelor's degree. Excellent academic credentials may be advantageous. Several years of experience in customer service is essential. Excellent customer service skills are a key trait for a customer service administrator role.
