Customer Service Account Manager Jobs
A customer service account manager is responsible for providing excellent customer service to various customer service accounts. Typical duties of a customer service account manager position include keeping track of all the services subscribed by an account holder, keeping updated on the new services requested by the customer, following up for various new service requests or cancellations of assigned account holders, serving as a point of contact for specific customer service accounts, promoting a positive customer service account management environment in the team, and resolving customer problems in a timely and frictionless manner. A customer service account manager typically reports to a customer service director.
A customer service account manager should have an associate's degree or a bachelor's degree. Excellent academic credentials are required. Some experience in customer service account management is essential for a customer service account manager role.
