Monitors telephone conversations between workers and callers to evaluate technical accuracy. Reads telephone operator's meter to determine volume of calls handled and hourly total of lost calls to compile record for planning purposes. Conducts classroom and on-the-job training to maintain and improve service standards. Submits reports, as required, to provide information for accounting department.
